Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds

• Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions.

• If a coaching package is canceled before starting, a refund will be granted minus a 10% administrative fee.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session via the booking calendar.

• Clients can use the online booking calendar to reschedule their sessions as needed.

• Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded.
